Sauteed mustard greens (Choy sam)

I like cooking simple and easy food... coz I'm not the expert one hehehe ;p
This one only takes 5-10 minutes to cook. You just need green mustard/chinese mustard/Choy sam, chicken fillet, mushroom, and several of sauce.

Let's beginn...



Ingredient :
1 bunch of green mustard
1 chicken fillet, sliced
5 button mushroom or other, sliced
1 garlic, minced
1 tbs Soy sauce
1 tbs Oyster sauce
water/ broth
1 tbs sago, mix with water
oil
salt & papper, as needed

Cooking Direction :

  • Saute garlic until fragrant, add chicken and mushroom, stir
  • add green mustard/choy sam, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well
  • add water/broth, stir and let stand briefly until cooked, adjust the taste then add salt and pepper
  • then add 1 or 2 tbs water of sago to thicken, stir again
  • and served.
